Return Policy 

Please note that we do not issue ANY refunds. As we pride ourselves on providing the best product as possible, we do accept exchanges ONLY IF the item you purchased is damaged upon reception. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us, directly upon reception of the product, at info@haumana.ca with pictures detailing the defect.

Upon reception of the detailed pictures, we will examine them thoroughly and inform you by email whether you are entitled to a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product in the best delays as possible.

Membership Policy 

As a monthly member you benefit from a discount every month on your box of bars. That being said, if you do not wish to receive your box on a particular month or wish to cancel your subscription, it is your responsibility to pause, defer or cancel your subscription BEFORE your payment date. Once the charge has been applied to your card, we cannot issue ANY refund. Your box will already be on its way to you.
